Family Friendly

Paignton is a traditional family friendly seaside resort with lots to see and do for old and young alike. We like to welcome families with a cuppa for the grown ups and some colouring for the younger ones.

We have two family en-suite rooms each of which sleep up to four and provide excellent value for money. Indeed one of them can also fit a travel cot so we can even host a family of five in one room!In addition to this families with older children often like to book our adjacent double en-suite and twin (shared bathroom) combination which affords the parents a little more privacy whilst being close to the kids.

Our breakfasts are family friendly and we find our pancakes and French Toast are particularly popular with cur younger guests!

We can provide a travel cot with mattress and a high chair on request. We are happy to store food and milk in our fridge, although access isn’t 24 hours, and to heat meals for babies and toddlers when required.

There are too many attractions for families in Torbay to mention and we have a host of leaflets and information available for our guests. In Paignton we have the traditional pier with its amusements and games, the beach – of course, the world famous Zoo, the Geopark (hours of free fun!) and the Dartmouth Steam railway. Over the summer months a number of free events are hosted on Paignton Green, at the end of our road, including Children’s Week with free entertainment, displays and shows on day and night. If it’s raining there lots of local soft play centres (we have our favourites so please ask), the cinema is at the end of our road and Paignton has two ‘Escape Rooms too.
