Outside of peak season we are delighted to be able to offer the entire house for your exclusive use.

Whether you are planning a family getaway, celebrating a birthday, gathering friends or planning a weekend walking the South Coast Way, St Weonards is the perfect exclusive use venue in beautiful Devon for you.

With an exclusive use package you can choose breakfast times to suit your plans and make use of our Breakfast Room throughout the day. We offer evening meals to suit your tastes and budget as an optional extra.

You will be able to use our six bedrooms for your party as you see fit. Our rooms include two quad en-suite (one double and two single bunk beds), two king en-suite, one double en-suite one single (private bathroom).

Our Exclusive Use packages from £800 for a two night break on a bed and breakfast basis for up to 12 people.
